Overpopulation seems to have gone from a major, talked about issue in the 1970s (Think Paul Ehrlich&#039;s THE POPULATION BOMB) to the major issue few are willing to mention now.  It is the world&#039;s biggest problem, and guarantees war, starvation and misery.</description>
